How are we different?
Based on the American Summer Camp model, Camp Blue empowers children to make their own decisions on what they want to engage in from an eclectic choice of activities facilitated by our experienced team.
These tailored activity schedules are run in exceptionally high quality facilities, with some of our Camp locations having a full commercial kitchen, indoor courts, outdoor courts, multiple classrooms, drama studios, indoor halls, the beach, and so much more!
The Camp Blue experience is very much about the spontaneous enthusiasm and flexibility of our staff who help campers stretch their imagination, learn to respect individual differences and develop an appreciation for their environment. All ‘counsellors’ are highly skilled and qualified individuals, many being high school teachers or experienced US Camp staff, who embrace and encourage creativity, uniqueness and FUN!
In addition, Camp Blue is an accredited child care provider at our Manly and Melbourne locations with the Australian Department of Human Services. Eligible children are entitled to Child Care Subsidy (CCS) rebates via Centrelink after each camp.
