PROGRAM & ACTIVITIES
Camp is a great place to try new things, and we have a broad range of activities, both fun and instructional.
The Primary Program
Our junior programs are not only exciting and fun but they also allow our campers to be challenged and push their limits. There are team building challenges that will see 20 campers cheering and supporting the one on the wall and individual conquests of hitting a bullseye. There isn’t a dull moment from the time our campers open their eyes in the morning to when their heads hit the pillow.
The Secondary Program
Senior Campers take part in cabin life and regularly scheduled activities like everyone else, although in their own group. They need some time alone with other teenagers, however, so we give them that time, Camp Blue style! A number of their activities are off site and include programs such as surfing and Stand Up Paddleboarding. Our staff are Specially trained counsellors who are responsible, young-adult role models, that know how to enjoy this age group as well as lead them.

FIRST TIME CAMPERS
All of us were first-timers at Camp Blue once! We also know how it feels to be away from home for the very first time. This can be a big transition and some campers (and parents alike!) may experience a little anxiety in the first day, so we pay extra attention to making our campers feel completely at home and at ease.
Camp Blue is proud to offer a safe haven where children can learn to assert their independence and embrace new challenges. If you do have a homesick camper, please don’t be alarmed. This is not uncommon! More often than not, these are the very same campers who grow in the biggest leaps and bounds by the ends of their sessions… and are sometimes among the first to sign up for the following camp!
